The Hampton Ridge Maintenance Association filed their Articles of Incorporation with the Kentucky Secretary of State in 2002 as a non-profit organization.
The subdivision is a deed restricted development, which means there are restrictions each owner must abide by within each phase of the subdivision. These Deed Restrictions run with the land and were recorded prior to the selling of any lot in the neighborhood.
This website is the home of the Hampton Ridge Maintenance Association and provides a centralized source of information and points of contact.
